Jasmine Cottage is set back in a beautifully secluded and peaceful spot at the heart of St. Mary's, just five minutes walk from both Hugh Town and Old Town.
Enjoying its own private patio area surrounded by thriving plant life, Jasmine Cottage is close to the island's nature trail where bird watchers can enjoy rare glimpses of a variety of species often not found on the mainland.

Recently renovated, the granite-walled cottage is very comfortable and well equipped. From the private patio area and garden, open the front door into the cosy and idyllic living area and you feel instantly welcome in this home from home.
The kitchen area, directly adjacent to the lounge boasts everything you need to enjoy home cooked meals in style including fan-assisted oven, electric grill and hob, microwave, fridge with frozen food compartment and caffetiere for that all important cup of freshly brewed coffee in the mornings.
A small library of novels to suit all tastes, selection of boardgames and playing cards and a television provide you with plenty entertainment should you be unfortunate enough to have to wait out a rainy day.
The upstairs of Jasmine cottage has both a double and twin-bedded rooms, both lavishly furnished with natural pine. Each room also has a small sink. The newly fitted bathroom consists of a modern electric shower, w.c. and sink as well as a heated towel rail.
As you would expect on such a small island, a coastal walk is never too far away. Walking around the island's twelve-mile circumference, you'll find several beaches, some of which are sheltered between petruding hills and forests.
The historic Garrison reveals how The Isles of Scilly palyed a vital role in protecting the British Isles many years ago. Remains of ancient villages, Bant's Carn and Innisidgen burial chambers are all National Heritage sites along the coastal route.
You'll also find 'The Loaded Camel' and 'Pulpit Rock', just two examples of the island's fascinating coastal rock formations. St. Mary's is also renowned for its spectacular sunsets.

The cottage is rented on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. Unless otherwise arranged, the cottage is available from 3pm on your day of arrival and we ask that you vacate by 10am on your day of departure to allow us time to prepare the cottage for the arrival of our next guests.
Many of our guests rebook Jasmine Cottage from year to year and we're always delighted to welcome you back. We wouldn't want any of our guests to miss out on their annual holiday with us and therefore operate an eleven-month in advance booking policy. Our guests are always given first refusal on the same week for the following year and given a month to rebook. If not rebooked, the cottage will then be made available on a first-come first-served basis.
